Superbe music by Algiers' born singer Fadila Dziria. She was a key figure in the rise of algerois' popular, urban, modern music - mostly, hawzi and aroubi (typical Algerian musical genre influenced by arabo-Andalusian music): she sung, amongst others, in M. Skandrani's orchestra. This is sorrowful, deeply stirring music.
