Soul Food', is a super weighty instrumental soul / blues / funk track that was originally released in 1969/70 on Rude Boy Records featuring amongst others Ghanaian saxophonist and vocalist Teddy Osei (who went on to form the Afro rock band Osibisa). Side B, 'Booma Woman', a reggae-funk track, was released possibly a year later featuring vocalist Jean Manix.
