Rare Congolese rumba and afro-latin early 60's EP by Congolese band Viviane-Mambo led by Phil-Philo. Labels describe styles as Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Merengue and Calypso (sung in Lingala and French). The Ngoma label, founded in 1948 in Léopoldville (Belgian Congo) was the main imprint before and after the independence and participated in the cultural explosion of modern African music, especially coming from the both Congos.

Sleeve just shows light yellowing and aging. Small number at back cover. Small name on one label. Record shows soft scuffs producing a few pops and surface noise but plays as solid VG+.

Rare item in solid condition!!
