A beautiful 45 by Rainette Daoud, AKA Reinette l'Oranaise, a renowned Jewish singer born in Algeria. She is one of the most prominent figures of Arabo-Andalusian music. Composed and arranged by famous musician Mustapha Skandrani (also on piano). Released by Teppaz, a Lyon-based label and one of the earliest to publish North African music in France (also the inventor of portable vinyl deck!). Very deep, timeless music!
Some general age wear on cover, small writings on front and back, as well as one label. Clean record with some hairlines. Fragile item with low gain, plays with light surface noise though. Still a nice copy!
