Blanc Manioc records label based in Lyon, France meets Sarera from Mayotte island (Indian Ocean). African-electronic producer Dom Peter (Nyamakala Beats) conceived Walimizi after he met band Sarera which features musician Fondi Cole Assani, one of the few manufacturers of traditionnal instruments on the island : the gaboussi (kind of guitar), the dzendze (kind of Maorais zithar) the m'kayamba (similar to the Kayamb from La Réunion / Mauritius islands). The LP includes remixes by fellow artists and international DJ friends.
