Tunisian band Dalton, founded in Tunis in the late 60's cut their sole 7inch in Italy in the 70's as a private press release. Led by Fawzi Chekili, the band also recorded as Carthago and was joined here by Sadok Gharbi. Influenced by US Soul and Funk they recorded these amazing compositions, the deep 'Soul Brother' -sung in English- backed with 'Alech', an incredible Arabic soul-rock track. Brown-eyed soul ?
